Aomi Restaurant: A taste that connects worlds in South Tyrol
Our philosophy: tradition and curiosity
Aomi, the unique Japanese-inspired restaurant in South Tyrol, combines Japanese flavors with Mediterranean culinary tradition. In an ambiance of curated light, deep indigo blue, and a Japanese garden, we serve dishes that bring together two culinary worlds: Homemade pasta with Wagyu lardo and truffle. Carpaccio of Kobe beef with yuzu. Glazed miso eggplant alongside classic Wagyu tastings with the world's most tender meat. No dogma – just good taste that sparks curiosity.
